Ecuadorian Spore Information

Ecuador is a high altitude country surrounded by large mountain range and volcanoes. Here people discovered a variety on a mountain top in over 3,300ft (1100m) high. It is another classic P. Cubensis variety and is very durable, as proved by its discovery at such a high altitude. Furthermore, scientist know this strain to withstand very low and thin oxygen levels. This is unlike many other types of mushrooms or even organisms for that matter. This contributes to their reputation of being a very hardy variety to add to your library.

We strive to provide you with the cleanest possible products. We make the all of the Ecuadorian spore syringe solution in front of Laminar Flow Hoods with HEPA filters. These HEPA filters have an efficiency rating of 99.97%. Meaning that the filter removes 99.97% of particles in the air. To make the actual spore solution, we take clean spores and mix them with sterile distilled water. Then, a magnetic stirrer properly mixes the solution to ensure an even distribution of spores throughout the solution.

Microscopic Features

Ecuador Mushroom Spores are dark purplish black. They are also subellipsoid (ellipse) shaped and are present on 4-spored basidia as well. Ecuadorian mushrooms prints are dark and large while being roughly 50-90mm in diameter.
