Description
These species is native to east Asia. They are a very popular gourmet mushroom. Their caps are the better tasting part and can be used in many different meals. The stems are chewy and less tasty but are commonly dried and made into capsules as a supplement.
Will include 10cc of liquid culture.

I split the syringe three ways between two LC jars and a grain jar, and all took off immediately.
Within two weeks I had harvestable LC and a colonized jar, with no contamination issues.
