Unicorn Bags Information

Unicorn bags are the gold standard for bags when it comes to cultivating mushrooms. Not only are these bags very well made, but they have been perfected by mycologists for mycologists. They are both pressure cooker and autoclave safe so you can load them up with your spawn or substrate and sterilize with ease. These bags also have gusseted sides which allows them to stand easily on their own after filling.

This size Unicorn Bag is perfect for making 3lb and 5lb spawn and substrate bags. However, they do not include an injection port. If you plan on inoculating your bag with a spore or liquid culture syringe, it is recommended to also purchase self-healing injection ports. Simply stick them on to the bag before sterilization. The filter patch will allow for air exchange during colonization while simultaneously keeping contaminations out.
