Treasure Coast Spore Swab Pack

If you want to buy Treasure Coast swabs, be cautious as the Treasure Coast strain’s spores are “active spores” which are for microscopy or artistic purposes. We will not complete your order if you contact us regarding the cultivation of active spores. Similarly, for legal reasons if you mention cultivating active spores or ask for cultivating advice, you will be subsequently banned from the site.

These spores are from a species that produces psilocybin and psilocin. For legal reasons they can only ship to 47 out of the 50 United States. Shipping is unavailable to California, Idaho, and Georgia.

Sonoran Spores acquires these spores and photos from outside, trusted sources in a legal manner.  Further, Sonoran Spores does not condone or participate in the cultivation of psilocybin/psilocin producing or “active” species.  Sonoran Spores also does not have any mycelium or fruiting bodies of psilocybin and psilocin producing species.  We will not sell any products containing this so do not ask.

Spore Visibility Disclaimer: When you buy Treasure Coast spores, visibility is dependent on the characteristics of the spores themselves. As a result, not all spore swabs will look the same visually. All swabs are unique and may not look identical to each other or the picture above. Despite these visible differences, spore swabs are still viable for microscopy research.

Treasure Coast Spore Information

Treasure Coast is a great Cubensis variety that was first found growing in a very interesting place! Like B+, this is another classic Cubensis variety that originates from Florida.  It was discovered on the Treasure Coast which is on the eastern coast of the state. Many people do find actual treasure in this area. This is because 300 years ago in 1715 a fleet of Spanish ships were sailing back to Spain from the New World. Their ships were full of treasures when a violent hurricane hit and cut their voyage short. 11 ships went down into the sea, with all of the treasure along with them. To this day, silver, gold, jewels, and other artifacts still wash ashore and are found by people on the beach!

Treasure Coast is one of the most beginner friendly mushroom varieties on the market for research. In fact, they are one of the options in our Beginner’s Set! Researchers know it to have very aggressive mycelium that is tolerant to most contaminations. This strain habitually grows fruits that are tall and slender, but in large numbers. In nature, it is common for this strain to grow in clusters, some even with 10 or more specimens per cluster!

We strive to provide you with the cleanest possible products. We make and package the all of the Treasure Coast spore swabs in front of Laminar Flow Hoods with HEPA filters. These HEPA filters have an efficiency rating of 99.97%. Meaning that the filter removes 99.97% of particles in the air.

Subtropical. These mushrooms are known to thrive in subtropical climates places where summers get hot and humid, and the winters are mild. Usually these climates are found between the latitudes of 25 degrees and 35 degrees and the southeast side of all continents.

Research Difficulty

Light Depositor Specimens that typically produce smaller caps and lighter prints, making spore collecting a bit harder but definitely not impossible.
