Chicken of the Woods aka “Laetiporus sulphureus“: Considered a delicacy by many- as it’s name suggests it tastes like chicken! Grows in huge fruiting body formations on dead or decaying hardwood logs.

NOTE: This species has naturally orange colored mycelium
