Blue Meanies Spore Syringes Kit
Disclaimer
When you buy Blue Meanies spores, be aware that they’re considered “active spores” which are for microscopy purposes only. DO NOT CONTACT US ABOUT ANYTHING REGARDING CULTIVATING OR GERMINATING ACTIVE SPORES.
Shipping is unavailable to California, Idaho, & Georgia. These 3 states strictly prohibit the possession of spores from psilocybin and psilocin producing mushroom species. Orders to these states will be refused and voided. Any payments made for orders to CA, ID, or GA will incur a $5 cancellation fee.
The provided images are for informational and educational purposes only and should only be used as a reference point. Images and spores are acquired from outside, trusted sources in a legal manner. We do not condone or participate in the cultivation of psilocybin or psilocin producing mushroom species.
When you buy Blue Meanies syringes, visibility is dependent on the characteristics of the spores themselves. As a result, not all Blue Meanies spore syringes will look the same visibly. Despite any visible differences, they are still viable for microscopy research. More information on how we make our spore syringes and possible visible differences, check out our FAQ or blog post “Making Syringes”.
Spores information
This is a P. Cubensis variety that is a unique addition to any spore library. Mainly because it is both interesting and reliable under the microscope. Don’t confuse this with the numerous other mushrooms nicknamed “blue meanie.” Such as P. Azurescens or Panaeolus Cyanescens. These particular spores belong to the variety of Cubensis that many other common varieties such as “B+” and “Golden Teacher” also belong to. Blue Meanie spores are pretty popular within the microscope community, which is why we regularly stock and dedicate ourselves to keeping them in our extensive spore library.
The reason this Cubensis obtained the name “Blue Meanies,” is due to the fact that they bruise very easily. The smallest physical touch or jolt can cause blue bruising that is especially noticeable on this Cubensis strain. Most think they originate from Southern Australia, an area whose climate can sustain natural mushrooms. After this discovery, someone collected the spores and introduced the word to one of the most popular strains we have to date!
We strive to provide you with the cleanest possible products. We make and package all of the Blue Meanies spore syringes in front of Laminar Flow Hoods with HEPA filters. These HEPA filters have an efficiency rating of 99.97%. Meaning that the filter removes 99.97% of particles in the air.

Tim –
I love Sonoran Spores but these in particular with the PE6 and the Golden Teachers didn’t do anything under the microscope. Not the Jedi Mind Fu**s and the Burms are a different story 😉

Could not be more satisfied with this product and the company. Many thanks

I was particularly impressed by this specimen. An excellent investment.

A solid & healthy specimen for study; and necessary addition if aiming to build a ‘Spores From Around the World’ collection.
