Description
Wine Cap is also known as Stropharia rugosoannulata.
Edible mushroom that lends an earthy, nutty flavor; some say it has hints of potatoes and red wine. Great to plant in gardens as they are known to enrich soils.
Liquid cultures are live mycelium suspended in a nutrient liquid. They are kept in sterile conditions and are shipped in 10cc syringes. It is best to use these as soon as possible but can be stored if need be.
