PES Amazonian (PESA) Spore Syringe Kit

Disclaimer

If you want to buy PES Amazonian syringes, be cautious as PES Amazonian genetic spores are “active spores” which are for microscopy or artistic purposes. We will not complete your order if you contact us regarding the cultivation of active spores. Similarly, for legal reasons if you mention cultivating active spores or ask for cultivating advice, you will be subsequently banned from the site.

These spores are from a species that produces psilocybin and psilocin. For legal reasons they can only ship to 47 out of the 50 United States. Shipping is unavailable to California, Idaho, and Georgia.

Sonoran Spores acquires these spores and photos from outside, trusted sources in a legal manner.  Further, Sonoran Spores does not condone or participate in the cultivation of psilocybin/psilocin producing or “active” species.  Sonoran Spores also does not have any mycelium or fruiting bodies of psilocybin and psilocin producing species.  We will not sell any products containing this so do not ask.

Spore Visibility Disclaimer: When you buy PES Amazonian spores, visibility is dependent on the characteristics of the spores themselves. As a result, not all spore syringes will look the same visibly.  Some may have some black clumps or specs in them and others may appear clear to the naked eye. Despite these visible differences, spore syringes are still made to be viable for microscopy research.

PES Amazonian Origin information

Upon discovery, PESA was growing deep in the Amazon Rainforest. Researchers collected samples and brought them back to the PES lab. PES stands for Pacifica Exotica Spora, which is a spore/mycology company based out of Hawaii. PES is no longer around, unfortunately. We can thank PES for developing PES Amazonian genetics and some others you may be familiar with, such as PES Hawaiian. Many view these two varieties as sister strains as they both came from the same group.

When PES Amazonian first hit the mycology scene, they were thought to be related to Azurescens. It was even advertised by PES as a Cubensis x Azurescens hybrid when it became available. However, that is untrue- it is 100% Cubensis. Something that is interesting about this variety is how easily and quickly it bruises. In nature, they will bruise a dark blue within seconds at the slightest disturbance.

Let’s not forget that many regard this strain as one of the best varieties to study for those who are just starting out in the hobby. When observing the spores, you can find them quickly and you can see how robust they are. While growing in nature, they have a denser mycelial mat than the average Cubensis. They also produce medium to large sized fruits, but in large quantities.

Why Buy Our PES Amazonian Spore Syringes?

We strive to provide you with the cleanest possible products. We make the all of the PES Amazonian spore syringe solution in front of Laminar Flow Hoods with HEPA filters. These HEPA filters have an efficiency rating of 99.97%. Meaning that the filter removes 99.97% of particles in the air. To make the actual spore solution, we take clean spores and mix them with sterile distilled water. Then, a magnetic stirrer properly mixes the solution to ensure an even distribution of spores throughout the solution.

Additional information

Climate

Subtropical- These mushrooms are known to thrive in subtropical climates places where summers get hot and humid, and the winters are mild. Usually these climates are found between the latitudes of 25 degrees and 35 degrees and the southeast side of all continents.

Sporulation

Light Depositor- Specimens that typically produce smaller caps and lighter prints, making spore collecting a bit harder but definitely not impossible.

Research Difficulty

Easy- This variety is good for any level of researcher. Easy to study and use.
