Here at Sonoran Spores we ship every weekday Monday-Friday, using whichever delivery option you select upon checking out. Delivery times will vary based on your choice of delivery. We package everything very carefully and with love, each product (spore syringe, gourmet wedge, smaller shop items, etc.) by packaging them into bags for a layer of protection. A second layer of bubble wrap all around the product for additional protection. Finally placing in a box or, a tear proof and water proof, padded envelope for a third and final layer of protection against possible rough handling during transit. This is the same for international and domestic packages.
Our shipping is discreet! We use tear proof envelopes and our boxes are plain without any extravagant designs on the outside. The shipping label also only includes the destination and return addresses.
First Class Mail: This is the cheapest shipping option and also the slowest. It typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver to the US although it can also take upwards of 8-10 days during busy times or if there are other external problems such as weather. This option is best for those who are in the west/southwest US.
Priority Mail: These options include Priority 2-3 day as well as Priority 2-3 day mail in Flat Rate Envelope and Boxes. This is for quicker shipping and is the best option if you are facing any temperature extremes in your area so it can deliver as soon as possible.
WE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS WITH HEAT/COOL PACKS. IF THERE ARE ANY TEMPERATURE EXTREMES IN YOUR AREA IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER SO YOU CAN GET YOUR PACKAGE FROM THE MAILBOX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SPORES AND LIVE CULTURES SHOULD NOT FREEZE. SPORES AND LIVE CULTURES SHOULD NOT BE LEFT IN TEMPERATURES OVER 110 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. YOU CAN ALSO SET UP A GENERAL DELIVERY AT YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE SO THEY REMAIN INDOORS UNTIL PICK UP.

For international packages please know we can accommodate and ship to your country so long as it’s legal in where you are. If you are unable to place your International order it is most likely because what you are trying to order is illegal in your area. We apologize if this happens to be a place where you reside. This is not a common issue however, upon the unfortunate even that a package is seized by customs we cannot take responsibility, refunds and reships are not available. All orders will have tracking on the US side and most likely will have a new tracking for you when it arrives to your country which would help you follow it to your house! It is not uncommon for a package to stay at a customs distribution center for a week, please give patience to the postal workers as international distribution has a lot of packages to go through.
