Origin Information

PF Classic is another great variety for those who are starting microscope research. Robert McPherson, a.k.a. Psylocybe Fanaticus, takes credit for creating these spore genetics. A legend throughout the community, he also came up with the PF Tek (WE DO NOT CODONE THE USE OF PF TEK WITH ACTIVE SPORES).

PF classic contains a unique fruit. It starts like most cubensis mushrooms, with strong mycelium that turn into many small pins. As it grows it resembles many other cubensis mushrooms. Starting with their white stems that range from small and skinny to thick and fat. The cap embodies the darker colors that cubensis can take of brown/gold.

As the mushrooms mature their unique characteristics begin to show, such as their caps expand with maturity. But much taking much longer in time than other cubensis. Meanwhile they also don’t drop spores until they’re well into maturity. This makes spores a little difficult to collect. But don’t worry, our PF Classic mushroom prints have more than enough spores to get you researching in no time.
